i think the time of the month is arriving soon because i've been in some major bad mood.. just getting upset over things.. but all is well..
(:

had a chat with minn last night about relationships.. somehow, i realised that we are very much afraid of getting into a relationship because of a previous bad relationship we have experienced.. the bad stuff we go through, tends to make us more afraid and more cautious of the next one, even if the next guy is probably so much nicer than the previous one.. we are afraid of the heartbreak we would come to feel if the relationship should fail.. to actually have to go through the same process of trying to get over the guy, the healing process that might take years and the part of getting your heart ready for another guy who might very well be the next one to shatter it again..
could it be the reason why so many of us are left hanging 'on the shelf'? for all that we've gone through, we're just afraid of getting our fragile hearts broken again.. and mind you, i refer to 'us' as the people who give our heart and soul into a relationship because we see a future and not because the other person is hot or things along those lines..
people like us tend to give our all when we think this relationship might last..
so when we get our hearts broken by some jerk who thinks that love is a game, we are afraid of venturing to the outside, afraid of giving our heart to someone who might be so much better than the previous one..
i have no solution to this problem we face but i can only advise that we should give these people who have taken the initiative and mustered up their courage to profess their feelings.. to give them a chance for your love.. your deserving love.
