3 days has passed in the blink of an eye.. how fast isnt it? and next week is the last day of my holidays.. how exciting..

sucks doesnt it? haha.. totally.. back to school, back to studies, back to stress.. not really looking forward to it but this is the life in singapore isnt it? yeap.. sucks..

so anyways, didnt go out at all the past couple of days other than to giant at that turfcity because we needed to get groceries that couldnt be found in the shopnsave mart downstairs.. so technically, i've been out.. but then again, it wasnt really for fun or a certain purpose to fulfill myself.. haha.. so then again, i've not been out.. haha!!! how horrid isnt it?
but i like groceries shopping.. all the kinds of stuff you see there are pretty amusing i must say.. and i found out, the light soy sauce we use, has 3 different kinds in the same brand.. there's the superior quality which 4bucks, then there's the special quality which is around 3plus bucks and lastly, there's the standard one which is 2bucks.. guess what?! they are made using the exact same condiments and yet, the most expensive is twice the amount of the cheapest.. that is a huge difference isnt it? according to the sticker thing on the bottle, it says it's specially brewed.. i dont know what their 'specially' brewed means but i take it as they use a wooden wok to make the sauce instead of the factory metal kinds.. well, they say wood retains the taste of the food that you cook or sometimes enhances the taste.. so i'm guessing that it is made that way.. haha.. i mean, what else could it be? erm.. right?

come to think of it, dont we all, as humans, want something that's branded? dont even dare deny it... haha!!! no matter what you say, you, like every one else, want something that's branded.. everyone!!
i'm not just referring to clothes, but also to food and whatever else you can think of.
sometimes, we just want the best, whether we need it or not, we just want it..
then of course, there's the take of where your starting point of branded is..
for me i'd say mango, topshop, forever21 and stuff along those lines are pretty branded already not to mention dior or lv.. some people would think that giordano itself may be expensive.. so our views may differ..
wait.. i think the 'everyone' i'm referring to has to stop somewhere.. alright.. the 'everyone' i refer to are people who have the basic neccessities in life. for example, food and a roof over our heads and extra stuff that we dont really need like junk food and such..
that's the 'everyone' we are referring to..
funny how we are isnt it? how sometimes, what we have in life just isnt enough.. nothing's ever enough..
we get a nice brand new handphone and the next thing you know, they have a new one and you want that.. it's this never-ending chase for a 'better' life..
frankly, i dont think it's ever going to stop unless it's the end of the world..

anyways, i havent been on a emotional rollercoaster recently other than internal struggles with myself.. love life's been quiet and although i wish i had someone, i'm quite okay in this state, not needing/wanting hongtat.. of course if he wanted to chat with me i'd be more than happy to be there.. even if it's just as a friend..
know what? i've learnt to take comments from guys as just 'comments'.. just as friend.. and that all nice gestures like commenting on how beautiful you look like that night, is just a comment that he felt inclined to say and that he said it 'just as a friend'.. until he makes a move like giving you very visible actions that tells that he likes you, we as girls should just take it as a 'friend thing'.. saves us from hoping or becoming so troubled.. why troubled? this is for those who feel that the guy who has 'shown interest' isnt the kind of guy you like.. haha..
