just one more paper before i can offiically relax and just watch television programmes all day without feeling so guilty.

so anyways, just came back from jogging and i'm proud to say that i've jogged more than what i normally do and i feel pretty good!
probably swim after the thursday paper. maybe on friday or something?
so anyways, i'm pretty determined to eat a wee bit more healthily and exercise more during the holidays. it's probably going to strain my back even more.. sucks, i know.. haha!!!
alrights, this will be short. i need my beauty sleep already.. haha!!
