so here's my loot from the taiwan spree that i mentioned about in september. i'd say the materials were pretty good, not all that dropping-threads and it's not those erm. vintage tee material thin. looks pretty sturdy for me, but i've yet to send them through the washing machine so i'll update about it soon. haha!!!

so i got a navy blue jacket with a pretty cool zipper! moon with a faux diamond hanging on the edge. very cool.

got 2 knitted ponchos which i absolutely adore!!! haha! i have a guess? one from my trip to america when i was 12years old and i can hardly fit into it. i'll post the picture of it the next time.

then there's the off-shoulder top. i got 3 of them. they fit pretty tightly around the arm part because i was training my triceps quite some time back so my arms are larger.. but they dont look exactly, muscular do they? i havent been doing lifts for like, a month?! eww. haha! then there's the spaghetti top. i realised awhile ago, that they had actually glued the buttons onto the top. haha!!! so i had to cut the glue off and i sewed the buttons back on myself. i was so amused i couldnt get angry. haha!!! then again, this is what you get for getting things cheap yes? haha!!

then there's the 4 racerback tops that i got. it isnt like lyca which stretches but they feel relatively comfortable to wear.

then there's my david&goliath spree.

do you see it?! yes!!! it's FINALLY HERE!!! haha!!! i got 2 tees for my twin cousins and one for qiqi. the one for the twins are so huge while the one for qiqi was so small!!! haha!!! but the sizes came in correct so i guess david&goliath should specify how small each size came in aye? not specific enough if you ask me.

so anyways, the 2 lip balms were just too cute to not get so i got one for myself and the bird one for elizabeth. haha!!! then there's a card that says "have a kickass birthday". i actually ordered another one that says "if you fart in a jar, it can last up to 3 weeks! hope no one else got you the same gift" haha!!! but they didnt have stock for it.. i was pretty sad. haha!!! so anyways, there's the notebook that says "ex-boyfriend" and then the guy's face is scratched beyond recognition. beside it, is the inside of the notebook. it's super hilarious i tell you! it says "i am a___" and give you 4 choices of "boy" or "girl" or "both" and "neither". HAHA!!! i couldnt stop laughing at it.. haha!!! both and neither. haha!!! oh oh!!! the last one. i wanted this tee when i saw it in stores at newurbanmale. super cute!!! i like the little broccoli guy with his undies. HAHA!!! super cute isnt it?! i love love love!!!

i cant wait for my next batch of taiwan spree tops to arrive. oh wait! there's the bags too.. haha!!! think i'm going to spree one last time before i go to thailand. there, i'll go on a shopping spree literally. hopefully i get to buy things that i want. sundresses that arent all exposed and long skirts and all things girly. haha!!!

so anyways, yesterday, friday, had e-learning for my modules so i got to stay home.. the first module was a mad rush because xiaolong (a team mate) decided to go online a little later and didnt pay attention to what was written on the comments where we were supposed to post our answers.. got me all racked up about it for awhile. then came the second module which was pretty cool, it was like using msn, except in a more formal setting. no changing of font colours and stuff. haha!

then after which, i went to meet melvin to watch tropic thunder. i didnt realise that it was an m18 movie until the box office lady asked me for my identification card. then i realised, WHAT?! M18 MOVIE AND SHE WANTS MY IC?! haha!!! in the end, we didnt have to. probably because melvin had that new-recruit-haircut. haha!!! oh! i saw my aunt too. she thought i was going out to meet my boyfriend. haha! melvin. haha!!! boyfriend. HAHA!!!

sorry, i couldnt resist. haha!!! melvin's laughter sounds super cheeky and primary-school-ish. like he never changed. HAHA!!! boyfriend? not on my list.

so we watched the super vulgar movie that was an all-star cast. even tom cruise & tobey maguire were featured. and boy was tom cruise super vulgar. all the f's were coming out of his mouth.. can you imagine if his daughter saw that?! not cool at all.. not at all..

so after that, we walked around wisma and he couldnt decide if he should get checkered shorts from cottonon. i tell you, he's a girly shopper. or maybe i've changed my shopping style. eek! haha!!! so he kept looking at shorts while i explored the entire basement of wisma atria. so after that, went to heeren and he continued looking at shorts.. and he couldnt stop looking at the shop assistants and commenting on how pretty they looked. so i said

"why not i leave you here to sit on the floor to admire them while i walk around then, at around 7pm, come pick you up?!" then add a cheeky smile.

haha!!! and he gave me that oh-shut-up face. haha!!! and he assumed that i'd like looking at newurbanmale guys. oh give me a break honestly.. it's funny how the primary school mates all dont believe i never had a boyfriend. nope. not a single one of them.. they're all

"come on la. sure have one right? just short term right?"

then when i say "NO!!!!"

they give me this shocked face. haha!!! how amusing is that?!

so anyways, we walked over to cineleisure and had dinner at kobayashi.. and he couldnt stop asking me what kind of guys i liked. then he asked about num guys again. so i said

"i dont like guys to wear singlets."

then i stated my reasons, about being so narcissistic about their body that they have to wear such clothes.. wearing a tee doesnt make them any less obvious so please, throw more material on!

so after that, he called jiun yuen to make arrangements to go clubbing while we both walked to the train station to meet the spree person at newton. got my things then we got separated in the sardine-packed train.. left then came home to my parcel of taiwan clothes. haha!

and that was that.

today, shuwei and huifen came to my place at 1000 plus in the morning and gave me the shock of my life. went to peggy and frances' house after that. i wont divulge any information about the rendezvous but it honestly touched me..

so anyways, before i plop myself onto the bed and head for my lala-land, just thought i'd say this.

"yuan zhi... i dont think i'd want to dedicate an entire entry to you aye?" haha!!!
