i have absolutely the busiest weekends.. anyways, i'll let the pictures speak for the most of it.
so here we have a blackout situation at my house. after dad's friend came to fix, we found out that the main switch died on us.. and in the meantime, while we waited for the uncle to come, shawn, the crazy genius, decided to take mum's umbrella's plastic protector and played lightsaber with it.. i was so amused, i decided to play along.. mummy said we were such sad kids, practically without a childhood, resorting to such tactics to amuse ourselves. haha!!! then there's the candles that we lit around the house.. i like the effect that it gives out, such serenity isnt it. here's the class gathering, with 3 others. shuwei went along with me cause jingjing; the girl beside me wearing white, initially couldnt make it.. on the day itself, jingjing brought along another 2 friends, namely the girl in pink and the guy in white. so we took pictures in harry's and esplanade. the 2 main pictures are actually all of us. haha!! oh! we saw another primary school mate too.. i was his partner in primary 1&2 and we had to hold hands to go everywhere! super embarrassing when we were that age. i realised he hasnt changed either.. looks exactly the way he used to. anyways, enough about him, more about me. and here are the group photos that we took on the steps of the open performance platform.. we didnt manage to shift much other than jiunyuen who walked around and took pictures on both sides. haha!!! i think it's really easy to spot him since he's the only one with the super tanned face. haha!!! since the faces are so small, i'll introduce each one later when a bigger picture is uploaded.. haha! but shaowei was acting all big and purposely made shuwei and i his backrest and armrest.. haha! and his cap, doesnt have the same smell as enshao's.. i was abit disappointed. haha!!! i like to know what kind of shampoo people use and hats/caps are one way of getting that knowledge. haha!!!
and here's the entire group for the night. okay, we shall start from the top row. KC (jingjing's friend), shaowei, jiahao, melvin. second row, sarah (jingjing's friend), jingjing, shuwei, me, jiunyuen, shiwei. yep! thats us. haha!!! that our usual group of people when we meet.. i think it started when jiahao came back from australia and he got in touch with the few of us. from then, it was the same group.. haha!!! i think, if he didnt manage to get any of us, we probably wouldnt be meeting up at all.. but i like hanging out with them so, i'm not complaining.. other than the fact that melvin and shaowei makes fun of me with nearly every single guy. i just dont get the obsession with me not being attached.. i just honestly, dont get it. haha!!!
and here's just the group of us. and i realised how pale i look when i stand with them. even worse beside jiunyuen. crap, should have asked shuwei to take with me so i'll look a teeny itsy bitsy darker. haha!!!i guess, in a way, we all havent changed much.. i mean, they look exactly the same when we left for our separate ways.. taller definitely, better looking for the guys and jingjing. i have no idea how much i've changed since then but i know people dont really recognise me much.. haha!!! definitely love going out with them.. more soon!
so anyways, the blackout that happened on sunday night screwed quite a few things up. i woke up to cold water at 0700 in the morning. the cable television settop box got fried. the electronic clocks had to be resetted. and we have to repair/install a new heater. dont know how much it'll cost but honestly, of all times.. the weather's getting absolutely teeth-chattering cold and the heater has to die on us.. so every morning, i have to boil water to get a decent warm bath. argh.
anyways, got to go now.. assignments just came in and i have to start getting a good habit of doing my work really fast..
