ah yes. my peach cheesecake!
haha!!! here is my first attempt! pretty okay considering i had messed up the directions given to me. i added an extra half a cup of water! HAHA! the peach flavour was there but there was quite a hint of lime in it. the base came out a little too crumbly. could be the fact that i didnt press hard enough or, that the tin container was abit spoilt because it could pop.so as i had predicted, the cake was wobbly and tasted more like yoghurt rather than a stiff, sticky, conventional cheesecake. i had ting come over and try and she said it was okay though. i know she was just comforting me but i felt happy nonetheless. haha!!
i'm going to try another kind of cake tomorrow, saturday and hope it works better since i've learned to prepare EVERYTHING beforehand. one day, just one day! i will try making tiramisu!!! yes yes yes! tiramisu! a 'pick-me-up'.
i'm excited just thinking about it. HAHA!!!
oh. and if you're wondering if my cake is slightly green, it is. HAHA!!! the recipe called for lime jelly therefore the slightly green tinge of colour. cool eh?!
anyways! i shall go sit in front of the fan for awhile and dry my hair. goodness me is the weather so warm! maybe i shall turn on my air-conditioner tonight! woohoo!
