here, its a lemon meringue pie. its actually quite popular with cookbooks i realised. all the cookbooks i have, has the lemon meringue pie.

frankly, i dont really like the way my pie turned out. the second pie's crust came out A WHOLE LOT better than the first. the lemon curd thing was too sour, and the meringue didnt seem sweet and stiff enough. i think, ting and shuwei were so nice, to swallow down the cake for me. HAHA!!! i couldnt even finish one slice! shuwei likes the crust i know. HAHA!!!

i think i'm going to bake tomorrow. mum wants banana muffins and i want meringues. oh darn, the electricity bills are going to go sky high and my dad's going to make noise!

i feel like cleaning out my room all over again.

i'm absolutely out of my mind really.

and everyday, i sweep my floor and still, its so dusty!!! very disturbing if you asked me. i dont get how the americans never seem to have dusty rooms! i mean, from all the television shows and stuff.

and there's going to be a major invasion/intrusion of privacy soon. shuwei knows why.
